Owned by Emily Simoni, Scarlett and Sage was born from a genuine love of flowers and the moments that matter most. Emily grew up on a vegetable farm, learning early to cherish the rhythm of the seasons, the wonder of things growing, and the satisfaction of working with her hands in the dirt. That lifelong connection to nature still fuels her, drawing constant inspiration from botanical gardens and their shifting beauty throughout the year. After a brief time in art school, where design principles came naturally to her, floral work felt like the perfect way to blend creativity with emotion.

At Scarlett and Sage, Emily creates wedding florals that feel personal and true to the couple's story. She listens carefully, connects easily, and understands what makes each pair unique—their shared vibe, favorite details, even beloved pets (she's designed plenty of flower dog collars over the years). From there she crafts cohesive, garden-inspired arrangements, thoughtfully selecting and sourcing blooms that highlight the right focal pieces for those key photographed moments. Every design is intentional and romantic, built on the belief that flowers should reflect the love being celebrated just as much as they decorate the day.
